A “Grind & Seal” is a much more affordable alternative to Semi-Polished Concrete. Whilst both finishes begin with grinding the concrete down, a “Grind & Seal” isn’t polished using fine diamond stones and resin pads, but instead finished with 2 clear sealer coats.
Depending on your budget and requirements, we can offer a “Basic Grind & Seal” which will show more “grind” marks and imperfections or a “Premium Grind & Seal” which is more suitable for customer/display areas.

A low-gloss, semi-exposed polished concrete finish customised for commercial & industrial floors. Unlike Honed Polished Concrete, Semi-polished concrete will have varying levels of aggregate exposure and slab defects will be noticeable.
This process is an indoor application targeting large areas such as warehouses and department stores where flooring functionality is of primary concern. The result is a hardwearing, low-maintenance floor that offers a safer and cleaner environment.
