“Epoxy Solid Colour Floor”. Clients requirements was for a light reflective, hard-wearing and easy to clean surface.

“Budget Grind & Seal”. Clients requirements was primarily to keep initial costs low as possible as move of the floor would be covered and stationary with minimal foot traffic.
“Epoxy Solid Colour Floor”. Clients requirements was for a durable, cost effective floor that would be easy to clean and last. The building was brand new so minimal repairs were required. We ground the concrete in preparation for the Epoxy, clean and vacuumed the floors then applied 2 coats of Dulux LGE Luxafloor N35 Light Grey.
Clients requirements was primarily to transform a very deteriorated, old concrete floor into a usable working area for timber bed frame construction. We related our concerns to the client that even though our semi- polished concrete we be highly functional, there would be colour irregularities due to the previously stained concrete. The client was happy with the outcome and now has a beautiful floor that’s easy to clean, scratch resistant and will last for decades.
Our client specified a high gloss epoxy in company colours for his new 800m2 workshop in Kardinya. First, we had our work cut out grinding the floor multiple times to remove the old coatings. We then used Dulux Luxafloor HSG to carry out the final coats.
Clients requirements was primarily to transform an old workshop area into a durable, easy to clean floor, which would light up the room and appeal to its customers. So, we recommended Husqvarna Commercial Polished Concrete which worked out cheaper than traditional floors and will last them a lifetime.
Our client specified a heavy-duty, long-lasting finish for his new 2x500m2 mechanical workshops. Our team stayed in local accomodation, completing the project over several days and nights. First, we diamond grind the new concrete as per manufacturer specs. Then, we applied 2 coats of Sika Epoxy followed by a Polyurethane top coat to resist the constant UV exposure.
